DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our deliveries are dispatched the same or next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed (Next Day Delivery)

Orders placed by 12pm (Mon-Fri) are usually fulfilled same day. Busy times can take up to 1 working day. Fulfillment is not delivery time.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked (1-2 Days)

Orders placed by 12pm (Mon-Fri) are usually fulfilled same day. Busy times can take up to 1 working day. Fulfillment is not delivery time.

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (2-3 Days)

Orders placed by 12pm (Mon-Fri) are usually fulfilled same day. Busy times can take up to 1 working day. Fulfillment is not delivery time.

DELIVERY POLICY

At Green Budz CBD, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note the following:

• During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas or holiday sales), there may be slight delays in processing and packaging your order.

• Delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated, especially during peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders may be subject to delivery delays in cases of exceptional situations beyond our control.
